A dynamic mobility class for all fitness levels that aims to improve performance in daily movements by building strength and control at the body's end ranges. The 50-60 minute session includes a warm-up, dynamic flow, and cool-down, leading to improved mobility, flexibility, muscular control, and joint stability.
These benefits can reduce pain, enhance athletic performance, and improve mental well-being. The class requires focused energy despite its relaxing atmosphere and uses flowing movements to challenge and strengthen the body's limits.
Participants need only a yoga mat (provided if needed) and should be ready to challenge themselves for better functional strength and mobility.
Monday & Wednesdays - 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
